Our Services

Chiropractic
Chiropractic is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders. Our Chiropractors use many different forms of treatment, ranging from gentle manual adjustments of the spine and other joints in the body, mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, activator techniques, dry needling, rehabilitation techniques, ergonomic support and many more.
Each and every person is different! No two patients are the same and our diverse treatment modalities reflect that. Chiropractors at AlignedRight are highly trained to recognise the differences and prepare a personalised care program to suit each individual’s needs and goals.
Our aim is to get you out of pain and stay that way.

Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a diagnostic tool utilised to assess specific changes in muscle function. Combining changes in muscle function and correlations with traditional orthopaedic testing and physical examination, we are able to help improve the outcome for our patients.
By monitoring changes to muscles after applying a force to them, we are able to obtain more information about the causing factors of aches and pains. AK can assist in detecting whether the problem is stemming from structural, physiological or neurological origin.

Sports Chiro
Sport Chiropractors are a part of FICS, an international council for Chiropractors worldwide, with international organizations within the chiropractic profession and the world of sports. With extensive study on top of that at university, Sport Chiropractors have skills that are specific for athletes and sports health care teams.
This allows our sports chiropractors to create specific treatment programs tailored to athletes of all shapes and sizes. Sports Chiropractors focus on the care of musculoskeletal injuries, including prevention.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique used to treat muscle pain and myofascial dysfunction. It is a very effective modality, used to help relax overactive muscles that may contain trigger points (a hyperirritable spot or tight nodule within a muscle). Trigger point therapy is based on western anatomical and neurophysiological principles.
A “dry” needle — one without medication or injection — is inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle that contain myofascial trigger points, helping relieve tight muscles and “sore spots” throughout the body. Dry needling is often confused with acupuncture since they use similar needles, but the two are aimed at treating different things.
Dry needling is often effective at treating acute and chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
